What a difference two months makes in the garden!
Back at the end of May, I planted up my long boarder with plug plants that I’d grown on from tiny saplings. Here is my post from back then. With all the rain we’ve had, the boarder plants have shot up and today it looked gorgeous and so much more colourful that I expected it to be this year. I wanted to achieve a cottage garden effect and I’m really pleased with the result so far – next year it will look even better!

oh so beautiful!!! you must have green fingers like your Grandma and Mum. So artistically planned with natural astetic result! how do you cope with slugs?? mine eat everything! lots of love and what a lovely time we all had at the weeekend! xxx
Thanks. Strangely I’ve seen very few slugs thankfully. I must say, I’m really please with the boarder, I didn’t think it would look so nice in its first year. X
